Short info: An effective workout to the rhythm of motivating music to enhance our strength endurance, as well as our overall fitness! We will work with equipment (weights, dumbbells, etc.) and will train our various muscles with isolation and functional exercises. Our main focus is on correct technique.
Equipment: Please bring your mat and a towel.
