für alle Kampfsportarten-Kurse gilt: 1. Hinweis: die Anwesenheit in einer der ersten beiden Kursstunden ist erforderlich 2. Hinweis: keine metallenen Gegenstände am Körper (ansonsten ist die Teilnahme nicht möglich) !
Voraussetzung: Basic-Ticket (Studierende 12,00 Euro / Beschäftigte und sonstige Statusgruppen 22,00 Euro) für die Kurse: Kurs A: keine weiteren,, Kurs F: Weißgurt, Kurs L: Blaugurt
Kurzinfo: Waffenlose, wettkampforientierte Kampfsportart, Stilrichtung Shotokan Hinweis: eine Veranstaltung in Kooperation mit dem USC-München. Veranstaltungen, die im Rahmen der Kooperation stattfinden, sind mit "USC" gekennzeichnet. Ausrüstung: es wird normale Sportkleidung empfohlen. Achtung: die in externen Schulturnhallen stattfindende Kurse finden in den bayrischen Ferien nicht statt.
