Mindfulness Training - Health
Precondition: Basic ticket (students 10.00 euros / employees and other status groups 20.00 euros).
Short info: This course uses the latest psychological findings and many practical mindfulness exercises to address all the challenges we face today: e.g. information overload, constant accessibility, negative beliefs, performance and exam pressure. Mindfulness in everyday life can help you feel stronger, build resilience and self-confidence, improve your focus and concentration, and get to know your needs better in order to be prepared for challenges in life. Your own topics can be brought in if you wish. A companion workbook will be provided.
Note: Advanced course: attendance mandatory in the first 2 courses. A total of 12 dates. Knowledge of German language required. This course takes place in presence and in exceptions online.
