Course information:
The course aims to enhance hand-eye coordination, strength, flexibility, agility, directional changes, and vertical jump while also focusing on reinforcing the body to prevent injuries. It utilizes techniques and equipment from various ball games such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, and others to optimize performance and skill development.
Three main parts:
~30 min: Warm-up, mobility, flexibility, and coordination drills.
~30 min: Main part: Intensive training involving strength, explosive exercises, and more.
~30 min: Game – Each time, a different game incorporates elements from the training.
Performance level:
Course A=beginner: no previous knowledge required
Course F=advanced: Experience in at least two different ball games at the level corresponding to level F.
Equipment:
Participants are required to bring a bottle of water and wear appropriate sports shoes. Please note that some sessions may take place on sand, in which case footwear will not be necessary. Additionally, participants are encouraged to arrive early to assist in carrying equipment from the university equipment room (Gerätemeisterei) - thank you!
