Ruderkurs A - Kompaktkurs - August

Achtung: 10doppelstündiger Kompaktkurs (7 Trainingseinheiten in 14 Tagen beginnend am Freitag)
Voraussetzung: 
Basic-Ticket (Studierende 12,00 Euro / Beschäftigte und sonstige Statusgruppen 22,00 Euro) 
Sicheres Schwimmvermögen. Nachweis durch Unterschrift vor Ort!

Kurs A - Anfänger:
Kurzinfo: In diesem Ruderkurs A - Kompaktkurs habt Ihr die Möglichkeit in einem zeitlich straffen Programm die Basisrudertechniken zu erlernen.
Voraussetzung: Keine Ruder-Vorkenntnisse erforderlich. Dieser Kurs erfordert die unbedingte Anwesenheit in den ersten beiden Kurseinheiten

Rowing Course A - Compact Course in August

Attention: these are 7 training units in 14 days starting on Fridays
Prerequisite: 
Basic ticket (students 12.00 euros / employees and other status groups 22.00 euros)
Safe swimming ability. Proof by signature on site!

Course A - Beginners:
Short info: In this rowing course A - compact course you have the opportunity to learn the basic rowing techniques in a tightly scheduled programme.
Prerequisite: No previous rowing experience necessary. This course requires the unconditional attendance of the first two course units.
Number of participants: 8
Compact course dates: please note that the course starts on a  Friday 02 August 2024!
Friday 2nd, 9th and 16th of August from 4pm to 8 pm
Monday 5th and 12th of August 6pm to 8 pm
Wednesday 7th and 14th of August 6pm to 8 pm
