Achtung: ABZ-Halle ab 1.3.2024 gesperrt. Kurs findet draußen am Sportplatz statt!
Bei Spikeball geht es darum, einen Ball möglichst so auf ein auf dem Boden stehendes „Trampolin“ zu schlagen, dass der Gegner nicht mehr an den Ball rankommt. Zwei Teams, bestehend aus je zwei Spielern spielen gegeneinander. Der Spikeball-Rahmen mit gespanntem Netz steht zwischen Ihnen.

Ausrüstung:
Material (4 Spikeball-Sets = max. 16 TN) wird gestellt. Saubere Hallensportschuhe & Sportkleidung mitbringen

Student/employee ID, agreement with entry on TN list on site

Spikeball is about hitting a ball onto a "trampoline" standing on the ground in such a way that the opponent can no longer reach the ball. Two teams, each consisting of two players, play against each other. The spikeball frame with a taut net stands between you.

Equipment:
Material (4 spikeball sets = max. 16 participants) will be provided. Bring clean indoor sports shoes & sports clothing.
