General information for all courses:
Equipment: Clothing must be tight to the body (a leotard and tights preferably, but leggings and a tight shirt are welcome), but warm ups are allowed. Please have your hair pulled out of the face in any way. Soft ballet shoes or socks are mandatory (no hard shoes, no bare feet). 

Progressing Ballett Technique course:  A physical conditioning class focused in the muscles and qualities searched for in dance ballet.
Trough floorwork and the use of fitballs, pilates balls and stretch bands we aim to increase dancers’ body awareness and develop the technique. 
A base of knowledge of ballet is a requirement.

Technique Focus course: An intermediate and up technique heavy ballet class that will focus on certain elements of the discipline, from specific steps or sequences to repertoire and the historical variations.  

Beginners course: This is a ballet class for beginners.. Through sequential movements we will work in the foundation of ballet, as well as strength, flexibility and musicality, gaining fluency in the language of the different schools of classical ballet. 

Intermediate/Advanced course: This is a ballet class for advanced and intermediates. Through sequential movements we will work in the foundation of ballet, as well as strength, flexibility and musicality, gaining fluency in the language of the different schools of classical ballet.
