Course language: English. Knowledge of the English language required.
Short info: In this course, you will use the latest psychological findings and many practical mindfulness exercises to address all the challenges we face today: e.g. information overload, constant availability, negative beliefs, performance and exam pressure. Mindfulness in everyday life can help you to feel stronger inside, build resilience and self-confidence, improve your focus and concentration and get to know your needs better. You will do sharing exercises with the other participants, as well as reflection and meditation exercises. You will be provided with an accompanying workbook.
Note: Self-continuing cours: Attendance in the first 2 courses is compulsory. This course takes place in presence and in exceptions online.
