Voraussetzungen:
Basic-Ticket (Studierende 12,00 Euro / Beschäftigte und sonstige Statusgruppen 22,00 Euro)
Kurs A: Vorwärts Übersetzen, Kanadier-Bögen, Rückwärtsübersetzen, Umsetzen von Vor- und Rückwärtslaufen. Falls benötigt, könnte Ihr Ausrüstung in begrenztem Umfang leihen (siehe unten).
Kurs F: Schlittschuhfahrkenntnisse (wie in Kurs A) sowie elementare Stocktechnik (Pass- und Scheibenführung).
Kurs L: Spielerfahrung
benötigte Ausrüstung:
Kurs A: Eishockeyschlittschuhe, Schläger, Beinschienen, Ellbogenschoner, Handschuhe, Helm, Tiefschutz sind Voraussetzung. Helmgitter wird empfohlen.
Kurs F: Eishockeyschlittschuhe, Schläger, Beinschienen, Ellbogenschoner, Handschuhe, Helm, Tiefschutz ist Voraussetzung. Helmgitter wird empfohlen.
Kurs L: Komplette eigene Ausrüstung erforderlich
Hinweis: KEINE Ausleihe von Schlitthschuhen möglich; sonstige Ausrüstung steht in nur begrenztem Umfang zur Verfügung! Diese Ausrüstungsgegenstände des ZHS werden für die gesamte Kursdauer nur in Dauerausleihe! ausgegeben
Treffpunkt: Eissportzentrum-Ost (Eis-Ost) - Umziehzeit: ca. 30 Minuten.

Ice hockey courses
Prerequisites:
Basic-Ticket (Students 12,00 Euro / Employees and other status groups 22,00 Euro)
Class A: Forward and backward crossovers, sharp turns (Canadien turns), and forwards and backwards transitions
Class F: Proficient in ice skating (like in course A) and basic stick handling (pass and control the puck)
Class L: Experienced in playing ice hockey
necessary Equipment:
Class A: Hockey skates, sticks, leg guards, elbow pads, gloves, helmet, cup protection are required. Helmet mesh is recommended; if needed you would need to book rental equipment (see info below)
Class F: Hockey skates, sticks, leg guards, elbow pads, gloves, helmet, cup protection are required. Helmet mesh is recommended.
Class L: All gear required
Note: No rental form Hockey skates; equipment for rental will only be available on a limited basis! These items of equipment from the ZHS are only issued for the entire duration of the course.
Meeting point: East ice sports center (Eis-Ost) / You have about 30 minutes to change.
