Voraussetzung: 
Basic-Ticket (Studierende 12,00 Euro / Beschäftigte und sonstige Statusgruppen 22,00 Euro)

Kurzinfo: 
In diesem Kurs widmest du dich mit Hilfe von neusten, psychologischen Erkenntnissen und vielen praktischen Achtsamkeitsübungen all den Herausforderungen, denen man heutzutage ausgeliefert ist: z. B. Informationsflut, ständige Erreichbarkeit, negative Glaubenssätze, Performance- und Prüfungsdruck. Achtsamkeit im Alltag kann dabei helfen sich innerlich gestärkt zu fühlen, Resilienz und Selbstvertrauen auszubauen, den Fokus und die Konzentration zu verbessern und seine Bedürfnisse besser kennenzulernen. Du wirst Austauschübungen mit den anderen Teilnehmenden machen, sowie Reflexions- und Meditationsübungen. Dir wird ein begleitendes Workbook zur Verfügung gestellt. 

Hinweise:
Aufbauender Kurs: Anwesenheit in den ersten 2 Kursen obligatorisch. Dieser Kurs findet in Präsenz und in Ausnahmen Online statt.

Mindfulness Training - Health

Preconditions: 
Basic-Ticket (students 12.00 euros / employees and other status groups 22.00 euros). 

No previous experience necessary.

Course language: 
German. Knowledge of the German language is mandatory.

Short info:
In this course, you will use the latest psychological findings and many practical mindfulness exercises to address all the challenges we face today: e.g. information overload, constant availability, negative beliefs, performance and exam pressure. Mindfulness in everyday life can help you to feel stronger inside, build resilience and self-confidence, improve your focus and concentration and get to know your needs better. You will do sharing exercises with the other participants, as well as reflection and meditation exercises. You will be provided with an accompanying workbook.

Note:
Self-continuing cours: Attendance in the first 2 courses is compulsory. This course takes place in presence and in exceptions online.
